The nose is very complex, revealing great potential.
Notes of ripe white fruit mingle with delicate aromas of acacia and white flowers, completed by a touch of honey.
On the palate, a beautiful mineral structure brings freshness and balances the fatness and acidity.
The finish is long and saline, with beautiful bitters.

Anglerfish with combawa, colonnata bacon, citrus nage and braised Brussels sprouts.

The blend is complex. The age of the vines varies from 22 to 62 years.
The yield is low with 18 hectolitres per hectare. The plots are located between 350 and 600 m altitude on decomposed granite soils.
