The nose is very complex, revealing great potential.
Notes of ripe white fruit mingle with delicate aromas of acacia and white flowers, completed by a touch of honey.
On the palate, a beautiful mineral structure brings freshness and balances the fatness and acidity.
The finish is long and saline, with beautiful bitters.
Food and wine pairing :
Anglerfish with combawa, colonnata bacon, citrus nage and braised Brussels sprouts.
Indian-style brill fillets.
Presentation :
"Le Soula", in white, is the great vintage of the estate.
The blend is complex. The age of the vines varies from 22 to 62 years.
The yield is low with 18 hectolitres per hectare. The plots are located between 350 and 600 m altitude on decomposed granite soils.

This Catalan wine produced in biodynamics is intense on the nose and in the mouth. It is expressive and powerful, leading to a warm and aromatic finish.
Château Villa Carmin is a modern and chic Médoc, dominated by notes of red fruit with a round, unctuous and suave mouth.
The colour is deep and the nose intense and very complex. We really find the expression of the great terroirs of Gigondas, with notes of black fruit, spices and olive.
