Spanning 10 hectares of land that had lain fallow for 50 years, the estate was cleared and replanted using organic farming methods from the outset, although Ecocert certification was obtained after three years. The soils, rich in gravel, pebbles, limestone gravel and yellow marl, offer great diversity, enhancing the finesse and complexity of the wines – characteristics of the Aniane terroir.
