Domaine Bouchié-Chatellier is a family-run winery located in Saint-Andelain, at the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. For several generations, the Bouchié family has been growing Sauvignon Blanc on the prestigious flinty terroirs, producing elegant, mineral-driven and expressive wines. Combining tradition and innovation, the estate showcases the authenticity of its terroir through wines renowned for their finesse and character.
Nose of white flower, grapefruit, passion fruit and boxwood. Harmony on the palate with a good length and an aromatic persistence on citrus fruits.
Located in Saint-Andelain, at the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, Domaine Bouchié-Chatellier is a family-run estate renowned for its exceptional white wines, made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc. Passed down through several generations, the estate cultivates around 22 hectares of vines on the prestigious Silex terroirs of the Saint-Andelain hill, renowned for imparting finesse, minerality and aromatic complexity to the wines.
Now run by Arnaud Bouchié, representing the fourth generation of the family, the estate combines traditional expertise with modern winemaking techniques. The harvest takes place following a precise analysis of the grapes’ ripeness, whilst manual sorting and gravity-fed vinification ensure that the full expression of the terroir is preserved.
The wines of Domaine Bouchié-Chatellier captivate with their freshness, notes of citrus and white fruit, and their signature minerality characteristic of flint.
