These Syrah established in 1961 by Max Paux John's father is the oldest of the Languedoc.

These Syrah vines, planted in 1961 by Max Paux, Jean’s father, are the oldest in the Languedoc.
The vineyard overlooks the sea; a distinctive feature of the original planting was a truffle oak planted every 10 vines.
