Fabien Reboul cultivates with passion and commitment a 13-hectare vineyard on a scree millennium at the foot of the castle of Montferrand, the common appellation Valflaunès Pic Saint Loup.

     Grapes:
Syrah, Mourvedre
Matured 16 months in barrels.

    Tasting notes:
The color is garnet intense.
On the nose aromas of cassis, cherry and plum. It also reveals notes of coffee and tobacco.
On the palate, a wine full of flavors that includes the described aromas on the nose. Although tasty and full of freshness, this wine contains tannins well supported.

    Wine Style:
Spicy and typical red wine.

     Food pairing:
Osso bucco.

    Can be kept in your wine cellar:
10 years of aging.
