The color of this wine approaches the orange hue. The scents of honey and wild white flowers from the mountainous island of Chios are distinct, while the distinctive acidity of the Assyrtiko grape reinforces its personality.

Sea bream ceviche with avocado, lime and Timut pepper. Foie gras cooked in a tea towel, porcini mushrooms and cinnamon.
