A ripe cherry red color. On the nose, roasted aromas, cocoa and wood fruit. On the palate, beautiful and ripe tannins, which denote the low yields of this old vineyard offering a full and tasty palate.

Pork tenderloin smoked with branches, jus reduced with Mediterranean spices. Milanese-style tabby veal chop, mesclun with aged balsamic vinegar.
