Old vineyards, planted in the 1940s, on ferrous clay soil with rocks in the Ribota Valley, with an average altitude of 850 meters. The climate is hot continental.

Grape varieties:

100% black grenache

Tasting Notes:

A ripe cherry red color. On the nose, roasted aromas, cocoa and wood fruit. On the palate, beautiful and ripe tannins, which denote the low yields of this old vineyard offering a full and tasty palate.

Full-bodied red wine for aging

Food and wine :

Pork tenderloin smoked with branches, jus reduced with Mediterranean spices. Milanese-style tabby veal chop, mesclun with aged balsamic vinegar.
