Raúl Acha accidentally discovered the La Garnacha Perdida del Pirineo vineyard in 2015 and fell in love with this subtle high-altitude Grenache.

100% black grenache
Tasting Notes:
The color is very intense and lively garnet cherry. Delicate and very complex, the nose presents intense aromas of violet and rose. Freshness provided by black fruits (blackberry, raspberry and blueberry), orange peel, pepper and balsamic aromas (dill, rosemary and bay leaf). The palate is balanced and round, fresh and pleasant. Smooth and persistent palate evolution. Beautiful and ripe tannins.

Food and wine :
Rack of black pig, full-bodied thyme jus, mashed potatoes with black truffle. Fillet of Red from Galicia with sancho pepper, sautéed potatoes.
