Aged for 15 years in Jerez de la Frontera, since the foundation of this solera by Emilio Lustau in 1921 to commemorate the visit to Jerez of Eugenia de Montijo, the last Empress of France.

Tasting Notes:
The color is dark gold with khaki highlights. The nose presents penetrating aromas of noble woods, varnish and nuts with great concentration. A rich and mellow wine, with immense flavors of smoky wood, prunes and bitter chocolate. Complex and full on the palate, soft and warm with a long lingering finish.

Semi-dry white wine. Oxidative wine.

Ice cream with spices and nuts, fleur de sel biscuit. Lamb curry confit at low temperature, crunchy golden.
