The winemaker
Located in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, 500 meters above sea level, in the Beaumes-de-Venise appellation, the Domaine Saint Amant benefits from an unparalleled terroir of 13 hectares of small parcels on steep slopes, facing south. and is swept by the mistral, on soils of marl and Triassic limestone, poor, dry and not conducive to disease or parasites.
The culture is artisanal and the working methods rigorous.
Harvesting is done by hand, vinification and aging in thermo-regulated vats, stainless steel or French oak. The cellar, built in 1995, is buried and air conditioned.
