The name "Raisin de Loup" comes from the common name of a "weed", black nightshade, which grows on this clayey silt terrain.
Confidential cuvée by its quantity, only 800 bottles per year. This white wine from France comes from a plot of Clairette rose located in the town of St Laurent des Arbres. This grape variety is the pink form of Clairette Blanche, their aptitudes and qualities are similar, except for the color of the epidermis of the berries which, when ripe, is pink for one and white for the other.

Tasting Notes:
The nose evokes fragrances of sweet almonds, pears, melon and honeysuckle. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and smooth with a nice freshness, we appreciate the mineral side which gives an enormous length which ends with the very classic bitterness of the clairette. Splendid !
