Yves Falmet undertook the restoration of the estate’s abandoned vineyards and old farmhouses, adopting environmentally friendly farming methods.

The Wines
The estate produces a wide range of wines, mainly made from local grape varieties typical of the Languedoc. Among the varieties grown are Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan.
