The Domaine Saint Antonin : A family vineyard in the heart of Languedoc located in Cabrerolles, in the name Faugères, the Domaine Saint Antonin is a family vineyard founded in 1994 by Frédéric Albaret. Extending 26 hectares, the vines have been cultivated in organic farming since 2007. In 2001, his wife, Fabienne, joined him in a newly built cellar.
The estate is appreciated for its authentic wines, which reflect the richness of the schistose terroir of Faugères.

A Respectful Approach to the Terror.
To Domaine Saint Antonin, the emphasis is on respect for nature and the terroir. The practices include important manual work on the vine, with harvests entirely done by hand. Winemaking is done smoothly, with light extractions, in order to preserve the natural expression of grapes. The aim is to produce fine, balanced wines that are faithful to the terroir.
