Ideal for festive evenings, this sake should be served chilled in a flute or wine glass, as an aperitif, with a meal... or in a cocktail.
It is refreshing, perfect for enjoying in the summer at the start of a meal.
Don’t imagine you’re tasting champagne; it’s a completely different product, and one you simply must try.
Rice variety: Hakutsuru Nishiki.
This sake won a platinum medal at the French sake competition, Kura Master.
