Baby Bandito is a project of Craig and Carla, around the themes of Street Art, childhood, courage that declines a series of bottles.
Follow Your Dreams - A phrase often used by the famous street artist Banksy who also said: "All art is stolen" So Craig and Carla stole his sentence to name this vintage!
On the label, a photograph of Mark, Craig's brother, taken in Vietnam.

This wine comes from a 10-day maceration.

Tasting notes:

The first sensations on the nose are herbaceous and floral. This is complemented in the mouth by citrus fruits, peach and ginger with other spicy sensations. There is an underlying minerality in the mouth but balanced with acidity and fruit. All this is concentrated around the fruity, structured and acidic taste, with a nice saline finish.

Dry white maceration wine.

Pan-fried scallops with bacon, Brive purple mustard sauce. Lamb tagine simmered with citrus peels and sweet spices.
