Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from chalk and flint soils. Aged mainly in foudres with some neutral French oak barrels. While other producers see red sancerre as a side job, it is a high priority at Domaine Vacheron, with great care and attention given to the raw material. The result is a delicious red sancerre.
Terroir:
50% Eocene flint, 50% Jurassic limestone.
