Tasting Notes:
Dark red color. Great intensity on the nose. We are on red fruits, blackcurrant, cherry, raspberry with notes of pepper and pepper. Lots of sweet tobacco and currants. Dried herbs like thyme. On the palate, it is silky, voluptuous, full-bodied, generous but with tannins to balance the generosity of the fruit. Full-bodied, covered with firm and juicy tannins.

Ostrich steak with black pepper sauce, carrot and cumin purée. Bigorre Black Pork Chop, black cherry juice and piquillo puree.
