The mouth has a very beautiful fleshy, silky, concentrated matter, with very soft tannins.
This beautiful, rather sunny vintage offers a very particular pulpiness. Beautiful impression of balance, the tannins are present without taking anything away from the length.
Admirable!

Domaine La Marèle
2015
Terrasses du Larzac AOC
France - Languedoc
![]()
Located in a particularly cool area of the Languedoc, in Argelliers and Murles, the vines are cultivated in organic agriculture since 2003 and biodynamic since 2010, about 25 ha of vines.
The estate is located northwest of Montpellier, on the Terrasses du Larzac, a terroir that suffers from significant temperature fluctuations between day and night. This regional singularity has never found its place in the cooperative system's production logic: historically a land of sheep and charcoal, its austere climate does not allow for large yields to mature.
This climatic context, associated with fractured limestone, harmonious viticulture and a vinification without intervention allows the production of deep, light and balanced wines.
The harvest is done by hand and vinified in the traditional way: syrah, mourvèdre, carignan, each plot is vinified in a separate tank. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
Grape varieties :
65% syrah, 20% mourvèdre and 15% carignan.
