High Burgundy barrels of a wine and more, per grape and plot, for 24 months. This wine is neither glued nor filtered.
Tasting notes:
The dress is a deep red, with purple highlights. The nose is very expressive on aromas of red and black fruits, garrigue, flowers and spices. The mouth is rich, full, with perfect balance. We find the aromas of spices and garrigue, with a vanilla and menthol note that brings a nice freshness to the wine. The tannins are fine and supple, which brings a silky side to the wine.

Roasted can with cherry, split peas with mint. Roasted rack of lamb, reduced juice with spices and gnocchi with black truffle.
