Antídoto is a wine produced from a mosaic of 550 plots of old vines, laid out in terraces strewn with pebbles, in the easternmost part of the Ribera de Duero appellation, in Soto de San Esteban, in the province of Soria.
Tasting notes:
This garnet-coloured wine reveals notes of ripe fruit (blueberries, redcurrants, cherries), along with toasty and spicy notes.
On the palate, it is a wine with a certain density, yet with a supple and silky texture.
Plenty of minerality, with lovely, well-balanced acidity.
The tannins are supple and round, with depth.
A lovely finish with subtlety and toasty, vanilla notes.
