Tasting notes:

This is a very fresh, crisp and pleasant wine. From the very first sniff, Mediterranean aromas fill the room with notes of thyme, rosemary, green olive and fennel. Fruit is also ever-present, with blackcurrant and fresh cherry. The palate is well-structured with a medium-bodied, subtle texture, characterised by finesse and freshness. The very fine tannins give way to a superb fruity and spicy finish.
