The Simon cuvée is the estate's flagship. It is this cuvée that best defines the character of Françoise Jullien and Christophe Peyrus.
Grape varieties:
45% Syrah, 45% Grenache Noir and 10% Mourvèdre.
Tasting Notes:
This wine is revealed during the tasting to deliver a rare delicacy and elegance. Behind its wild notes of garrigue, the nose reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity on spices and black fruit. The palate, dense, is structured around refined tannins. Herbaceous finish, on fine bitterness.
