The estate is entirely conducted in organic farming certified by Ecocert.


Description of the sommelier

     Grapes:
Syrah, Grenache.

     Tasting notes from the sommelier:
The aromas of laurel, pepper, spices, black olives and a whole palette of aromatic Mediterranean plants are present; dense, tight mouth, with powerful but fine tannins.

     Wine style:
Full-bodied red wine and keep

     Food pairing:
Chipirons with chorizo.
