A very fine Grenache on clay-limestone soil. A powerful wine but with a perfect balance between fruit, alcohol, tannin and mineral freshness.

Tasting notes:
The charm of this wine is that it perfectly combines aromas of blackcurrant, wild blackberry and notes of garrigue that make all lovers of sunny wines dream and salivate. The palate is fresh, offering supple and remarkably fine tannins. The tannins have been well smoothed by the long maturation, giving way to a superb persistence on spices and wild maquis berries. Complexity, fullness, harmony and greed.
Very beautiful bottle for its length, its purity and the pleasure it brings.
Wine style :
Fine and racy red wine.
Food and wine pairing :
Pink squab with its giblets cooked in a sauté pan with olive oil. Frayed shoulder of lamb in its juice, potato mousseline and herbs from the garrigue (or, ideally, from the Corsican maquis).
Ageing potential :
12 years.
Analysis:
75 cl.
13 % volume.
Contains sulphites.
