It is also very enjoyed as an aperitif with its freshness and delicate aromas.

Presentation :

The vineyard, fully oriented to the Mediterranean Sea, is home to the flanks of the massive creeks, west, and Cape Canaille to the east.
Suspended on many terraces, it is rooted deep in the limestone, hard and fresh, the two mountain ranges.

These soils, combined with maritime influences, the originality of the wines of Cassis.
Since 2012, the entire AOC Cassis is included in the scope of the Calanques National Park.
This is the only vineyard in France to be fully included in the territory of a national park.
