Rayos Uva 2019
Rioja DOC
Espagne - Rioja
The Rioja project is made with rented vines.
This Rayos Uva is made from Tempranillo, Grenache and Graciano grapes grown in Rioja Oriental. This area in the far east, blessed with the largesse of a Mediterranean climate, is the driest and hottest of the three sub-regions of Rioja.

Lamb chops with rosemary flowers, sweet potato mousseline. Iberian pork chop, brochette of local ceps.
Potential aging in your cellar :
6 years
