The area is fully trained in organic agriculture certified by Ecocert. The introduction of biodynamics on a part of the vineyard is also a major step in the development of natural wines.
 
      Grapes:
Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre

     Soil:
It is in this basement marl pyrites that landslides Pic Saint Loup made a thick clay and limestone suitable for the cultivation of the vine.

      Winemaking:
Hand harvested exclusively, traditional winemaking with stalking, pegging.
30-35 days of soaking.

       Ageing:
A year in Burgundy parts and one year in concrete vats.

      Tasting:
Well structured and balanced, it leaves an impression of round tannins and slightly candied fruit.
