The Renardat-Fache family has been growing vines for over 8 generations.
Living in the small village of Mérignat, where vines have been cultivated since the Middle Ages, the Renardat-Fache family also grew fruit such as apples, walnuts, cherries and strawberries.
From generation to generation, the vineyard has grown and today covers 12.5 hectares of Bugey Cerdon PDO.
Since 2008, the estate has been certified organic and biodynamic.
This sparkling rosé wine is made using the ancestral method.
This method produces naturally sparkling wines without adding yeast or sugar. The still fermenting wine is bottled, where it continues to ferment while the bubbles are created.

With its sparkling coral colour, this luscious wine made predominantly from Gamay grapes, with its abundant mousse and long finish, offers fine aromas of red fruit, redcurrant and raspberry.
