Wine from a magnificent vineyard looking at the sea from the top of its cliffs and located very close to France (Bordighera, 5 minutes from Menton). We are talking here of course of indigenous grape varieties, of a man, Aris Biancardi, in love of its land and which pampers it by working it biodynamically and which produces wines of great minerality with remarkable balance and surprising complexity.

Tasting Notes:

A dry and mineral wine from a magnificent vineyard overlooking the Mediterranean in Liguria. Produced from the rare Pigato grape, it impresses with its stone fruit notes, its deep texture and its pleasant salinity on the finish. Very nice complexity for this rare wine.

Dry and mineral white wine.

Food and wine :

Monkfish papillote with bacon and garlic, celery mousseline with dried fruits. Pike-perch fillet, steamed leeks and herb butter emulsion.
