Carignan is the undisputed king of grapes in this area of ​​southwestern Sardinia and we respect it to the maximum so that it shines in all its splendor. In its sandy soils, the vines plunge their roots in search of nutrients. They do not need to be grafted and there are many hundred-year-old Carignan vines that have escaped destruction by phylloxera.

The ruby ​​red color with purple reflections gives way to an intensely fruity nose where red berries, cherries and a discreet note of pepper stand out. It is finely aromatic, balsamic (eucalyptus and bay leaf), with pleasant and velvety tannins. It has a perfect harmony between a juicy body and a vibrant acidity. The texture in the mouth is very pleasant and comforting. Its finish is of course dry and lively, as befits any good Carignan!
