Tasting Notes:

The wine has a clear, ruby color. This wine from an old Cinsault vine is fruity and beautifully scented. Raspberry and plum nose. It is light in tannin and is easily tasted. It's greedy, juicy but not one-dimensional, great delicacy.
It's a thirst-quenching wine and at 12.5%, you might empty the bottle before you know it.

Delicate and fruity red wine.

 Banh mi pork. Matured Charolais steak and its juice reduced with cinsault, apple doormat.
