Tasting notes:

Beautiful light red dress with lots of sparkles. Aromas and flavors of red fruits, cherry, raspberry with also a hint of black fruits. The whole thing is a little spicy. It's greedy, juicy but well structured. Great success!

Fine and racy red wine.

Red-fruit deer fillet. Lamb hazelnut from the Cathar country with garlic cream, old vegetables and parsnip muslin.
