Alberto Nanclares works organically, which is rare in this region because the Atlantic climate is humid and often poses problems for viticulture. The yields are low because a lot of care is taken in the viticulture and Alberto favors quality over quantity. He uses preparations made from algae and plant elements from the vine, such as compost. He does not plow to preserve flora and fauna. The vinification is non-interventionist and the bunches of white grapes are pressed without destemming, fermented in indigenous yeasts and aged on lees in large neutral wooden containers that vary from 400 to 2000 liters.

Tasting Notes:

Beautiful aromatic palette, very fresh on the nose with notes of white fruits, green apple, melon and apricot. Mouth of beautiful radiance, digestible, saline with a nice tension and freshness. Nice energy on the finish.

Wine style:

Dry and mineral white wine.

Food and wine :

Thyme seafood fricassee, Judion de la Granja. Steamed prawns in a mixture of spices, julienned zucchini and pears.
